Jirak Family Produce comprised of Mark and Theresa Jirak and their six children is a Cummings, KS family-owned business producing fresh vegetables for farmers’ markets, restaurants, schools, and food service. On twelve acres in the Missouri River bottoms and eight acres in Cummings, KS they grow sweet corn, watermelons, cantaloupe, bell peppers, snacking peppers, tomatoes, grape tomatoes, green beans, squash, cucumbers, and operate a pumpkin patch. They have recently added an apple orchard and also sell honey and free-range chicken eggs. The mission of Jirak Family Produce is to produce the highest quality, best tasting, fresh produce for use by our customers to provide them with the best experience possible.
