The local P.E.O. will be at the market on Wednesday and Saturday, selling raffle tickets on a Thirty-One tote that will be filled with various spa type products and gift cards.  Last year’s tote was valued at more than $800.  The tote will be awarded to the lucky winner October 22.

Be sure to come to the market on Saturday, September 5, for our “Sweetness of Fall – Apple Festival”! Bring your apple recipe and sample for the public judges; learn how to make apple hand pies from Susan Turnbull and Janean Bowen; bob for apples – and a new addition to our program, we will have a “junior chef,” Claire Harris, who will prepare an apple dish. Lots of fun!
